Lānaʻi Community Health Center Launches New User-Friendly Website

Lānaʻi Community Health Center (LCHC) announced today the launch of www.lanaihealth.org, a refreshed website with a user-friendly browsing experience. This comes after engaging Jenerate PR, a public relations and marketing firm retained by LCHC to assist in managing the content and redesign process including layout recommendations and copywriting. Jenerate PR also provided guidance on the re-skinned site’s navigation and functionality to better align with LCHC’s marketing plan, publicity efforts, and social media strategy.

Designed by Rust Built, the same digital marketing agency that developed their previous site, LCHC’s updated website implements a contemporary layout. The organized content and improved navigation of the redesigned site allows users to quickly find the information they need. It utilizes a responsive design that smoothly adapts to fit the size of device used, whether smart phone, tablet, or computer.

“We are excited and pleased to launch our new website with an enhanced user experience. Accessing information will be simpler, making it easy for the health center to connect with our community and web visitors,” said LCHC executive director, Diana Shaw.

Although redesigned, the new website still includes helpful tools such as the patient portal which allows individuals to pay their bill online or make a donation. Highlighted categories such as community events, fitness class schedules, and career opportunities continue to be easily available on the new site as well. Soon, it will include the ability to subscribe to a monthly newsletter which will complement LCHC’s digital communications with the Lānaʻi community, patients, and website users.
